What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable, enterprise-grade applications using your expertise in full-stack development within a modern AWS cloud environment.
- Take a lead role in building solutions that improve the scale and resiliency of our trading applications.
- Collaborate with business partners, architects, and quality assurance teams to plan, design, and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in all phases of the software engineering lifecycle, including architecture and code reviews.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and advanced debugging support for complex issues.
- Evaluate new design proposals and recommend solutions that deliver applications with high scalability and performance.

Qualifications
Required (Must-Haves):
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development, utilizing C# .NET, Angular/JavaScript, REST APIs, and relational databases.
- 6+ years of experience with enterprise software development, including documenting software design (sequence diagrams, activity diagrams) and presenting findings in architecture board reviews.
- 6+ years of experience developing microservices and implementing API-first design principles.
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with AWS technologies, especially AWS Lambda and Step Functions, to build robust cloud-based solutions (CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, Fargate/EKS, DynamoDB).
- 5+ years of experience with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or DocumentDB.
- 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), with a focus on system reliability and performance.
- A strong emphasis on a test-driven development (TDD) approach.
skills: Preferred (Nice-to-Haves):
- Experience in the trading and finance domain.
- Familiarity with API management tools like SwaggerHub.
- Knowledge of cloud transformation strategies across major platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- A solid grasp of DevSecOps methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency with code source control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in mentoring and coaching fellow engineers.
