- Senior Desktop Systems Engineer accountable for all M365 client endpoint designs and builds. The resource is responsible for the M365 client suite design, build process, packaging methodology, deployment and update mechanisms.

- MDM/MAM Implementation & Management:
- Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune (or other MDM/MAM solutions) for mobile device enrollment, policy enforcement, and application deployment across various platforms (iOS, Android, Windows).

- Develop and maintain security policies, including conditional access, data loss prevention (DLP), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings for mobile devices.

- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to mobile device management, applications, and related services for end-users and other IT teams.
