- At least 5 years of Appian UI hands-on experience in development, configuration, debug, unit test and documentation.
- Worked on one or more end-to-end Appian BPM or UI implementation (Design/ Develop/ Deploy/ Package)

- Expertise in designing and implementing BPM solutions for process simplification, case management and role based applications.
- Exceptional knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
qualifications:
- Experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports and Deployment etc.
- Expertise in business Integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18 higher versions.
skills:
- Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during project life cycles
- Ability to do root cause analysis on production issues reported by business users
- Need to work independently on assignments based on specific requirements.
- Experience with database design.
