responsibilities:
- Highly proficient in project management tools and applications including GPP or PPRT, PCM
- Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level challenges
- Experience with Agile principles and JIRA software
qualifications:
- 10-12 years of applicable experience delivering AGILE software development projects
- Ability to provide end-to-end oversight at the PMO standard level for assigned program and projects
- Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management with a focus on execution and overall health
- Experience preparing for and facilitating program level routines including pre and post release planning, risk and issue management for assigned project/program(s)
- Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy
skills:
- Previous experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Previous experience with client Enterprise Change Standards and Enterprise Tooling
- Scale Agile Framework Lean Portfolio Management and/or Release Train Engineer certifications a plus
