The Vice President of Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for all sales and marketing efforts for a specific product line within the heavy infrastructure sector. This individual will drive national growth in engineered joint systems and related paving accessories. The VP will develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to expand market share, secure approvals from key regulatory bodies, strengthen relationships with contractors and distributors, and foster partnerships with underrepresented business enterprises. As a visible leader, this role requires deep industry expertise, proven sales and marketing leadership, and a commitment to a culture of high standards and core values.

Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a national sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company's long-term business plan.
- Define annual revenue, margin, and specification win targets for the sales division.
- Serve as the executive voice of the paving division in the marketplace.

Sales Execution & Market Development
- Expand adoption of paving solutions in highway, airport, and industrial projects.
- Lead regulatory approval efforts, securing state-level approvals and positioning the company as a trusted supplier.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with paving contractors, airport authorities, and infrastructure owners.
