This is a Delivery Telecom Remote Coordinator role.
Duration: Contract to perm
50% managing telecom field technicians and 50% administrative fuctions
MUST HAVE
- Must have exceptional admin, organization and communication skills
- Should be familiar with Workday and Microsoft Office
- Service Delivery background huge plus
- Telecom experience (Optical Fiber, Ciena routing switching, prior Verizon experience a plus) required!!!!!

responsibilities:
Day to day: logistics on kickoff calls, compliance training, documentation, mandates, quality audit reviews, development reviews, training implementation.
Administrative piece - time being entered for budgeting, red lines, timekeeping is huge. Project needs to stay within timeline. Works alongside the PMS but managing technicians
