An exciting opportunity has opened for an entry-level Security Technologist to join a dynamic team supporting a major gaming studio. This role is at the forefront of cyber security, managing all Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security-related support tickets. responsibilities:
- Manage the intake and triage of IAM/Security tickets, ensuring all necessary information is present and routing them to the correct teams.
- Perform Tier 1 IAM tasks, including standard onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update security processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the intake pipeline by implementing automation for routine tasks.
qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in Service Desk, Helpdesk, or a similar high-volume technical support role.
- Hands-on experience with ticket management systems and a foundational understanding of IAM principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a detail-oriented fashion.
- Location/time zone requirements if applicable: This is a hybrid position based in the Redmond, Washington area, requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site.
