In this role, you'll be the production lead from concept to completion, working alongside Creative Directors to bring a shared vision to life. You'll be responsible for conducting discovery calls, pre-interviews, and on-camera interviews, capturing powerful, authentic moments that reflect the mission of the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can balance short-term priorities with long-term goals and a passion for creating impactful content.
qualifications:
Must-Haves
- 8-10 years of experience producing and directing professional video content.
- Strong background in digital platforms and documentary-style storytelling.
- Expertise in the entire production process: storyboarding, budgeting, scripting, producing, and directing.
- Experience managing on-location and studio productions.
- Ability to conduct and capture effective discovery calls, pre-interviews, and on-camera interviews.
- Adept at collaborating and synthesizing feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining a clear, compelling narrative.
