- Forming a new team "CMS Adobe Form", to enhance the scalability of the AEM platform. This initiative aims to align with a unified technology strategy that supports evolving business needs. As part of this plan, we need to hire a Lead Developer. The Lead developer is responsible for technical leadership, project oversight, stakeholder communication, and hands-on development skills. No additional needs at this time.

responsibilities:
Typical Day in the Role
- Design and develop applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with application architect for architectural blueprints and supervise their execution.
- Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Conduct code and design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Integrate applications with existing systems and infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Monitor and manage application lifecycle, including upgrades and maintenance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Metrics: deliver development assignments on agreed-upon time frame, keeping good communication and skills at the center, be engaged and provide inputs during planning.

Candidate Requirements
- Required: Bachelors Preferred Certifications:
- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Forms Developer
- Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Experience Manager Sites Developer (AD0-E137)
- AWS Certified Developer - Associate (DVA-C02)
- Years of experience required: Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or systems engineering.
- Disqualifiers: Missing technical requirements & soft skills, utilizing AI during interviews.
- Additional qualities to look for: Prior experience in roles such as Senior Developer, Systems Engineer. Prior experience in Adobe SaaS products such as - Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), DAM, Cloud Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership and project management capabilities to inspire and guide a team.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Adaptability to stay current with tech trends and adjust to evolving project needs.

- 1 Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, javascript, Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, CSS, LESS, HTL, HTML).
- 2 Experience with developing forms with 3-Tier architecture.
- 3 Experience with mirco-service design and development and SaaS architecture
- 4 Experience with cloud platforms (Adobe and AWS).
- 5 Experience with DevOps tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
- 6 Experience with Agile Software Development Method
