responsibilities:
Typical Day in the Role
- Collaborate with SPM practice leads
- Work with project manager to identify tasks and agile stories and due dates
- Work with ServiceNow BA to consult on, and develop solutions
- Performance expectations will be to deliver on assigned tasks and meet delivery dates
- What makes this role unique is that it is in high demand in BTS. This has executive level visibility and we're looking to expand capabilities
- Designs, develops and implements enterprise software solutions.
- Collaborates closely with technical and non-technical roles such as data modelers, architects, business analysts, data stewards, and subject matter experts (SMEs).

ServiceNow SPM Solution Implementation experience

Agile experience with creating stories and working within springs

Documentation of requirements and solutions
skills: Required:
- BS IT, Certifications in ServiceNow implementation and development
- 5+ years with ServiceNow
- 3+ years with SN SPM (ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management) experience required
- Experience in current and new SPM features to be configured
- One or more of the following skills are desired.
- Knowledge of C# (Programming Language); Java (Programming Language); JavaScript (Programming Language); Python (Programming Language); R (Programming Language); SQL (Programming Language)
- Experience with Application Development; Software Development
- Knowledge of Programming Concepts; Software Design
- Soft Skills:
- Intermediate - Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty
- Intermediate - Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Intermediate - Ability to work independently
- ServiceNow SPM Certs
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
