We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to support a high-impact global HR technology initiative. This contract role, with the potential for extension, is instrumental in driving system configuration, testing, and documentation efforts across multiple

responsibilities:
- Support system cutover, hyper care, and stabilization phases of a new HR system.
- Manage system configurations, including picklists, role-based permission structures, and communication templates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Produce clear and comprehensive process documentation.
qualifications:
Over 10 years of hands-on experience with a major HCM platform, including system configuration and testing.
Strong skills in system testing, defect tracking, and resolution.
Experience with internal and external career site design and optimization is a must.
