responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria and mock-ups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, IT, security, operations, and other business units, to optimize ServiceNow solutions and ensure the technical integrity of the platform.
Work closely with the SN Product Managers to support the development of a unified backlog as needed.
Work closely with the Development Team and test team to optimize performance and quality of delivery.
Work with the Product Manager in your area to ensure that the story Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Team will focus on next.
Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed
Keep up to date with the ServiceNow roadmap for their respective module(s)
As a Business Analyst in an Agile environment. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
qualifications:
A two year degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or a related field is preferred.
ITIL4 Foundation experience and/or Certification
2 to 4 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, as a technical analyst or admin preferred. BA experience is required.
Experience working in and with agile teams is required.<
Keen eye for gaps, complexity reduction, and simplification without compromising requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail, organized, and self-starter with the ability to function autonomously.
Demonstrated ability to work well within product and technical teams, ensuring a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Strong facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Broad general understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Asset and Config, SPM, HAM, SAM, ITSM with a focus on Request Management to include Employee Center NowMobile, Agent Mobile and Service Requests.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to business leaders and stakeholders is required
Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve conflicts and priorities.
Use technology to improve business processes and enable our fellow employees.
