Systems Integration-Staff
We are seeking a Systems Integration professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in the engineering, maintenance, and support of our organization's critical Systems Integration Architecture. This architecture is the backbone for the secure exchange of health and business data across our enterprise and with external partners.

responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Operations & Support: Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, manage error queues, and perform regular updates to ensure seamless performance. You'll also be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
- Architecture & Design: Play a key role in the full integration lifecycle, from gathering business requirements and designing data flow diagrams to engineering translation tables and defining test scenarios.
- Analysis: Analyze vendor upgrades and new releases to assess their impact and ensure our systems are prepared for changes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or Engineering.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Systems Integration or a relevant field, with a strong preference for experience with EPIC systems.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of requirements analysis, common data standards, and integration engineering concepts.
- Experience with Integration Engines and EHR main system functions.
- Preferred Skills: A high degree of accountability, active listening, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset.
