We are seeking an Audiovisual Hardware Engineer with hands-on expertise in break/fix repair and AV system design. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing AV systems, as well as designing and implementing next-generation conference rooms and collaboration spaces. The ideal candidate has experience with Crestron, Extron, Dante, Biamp, Polycom, and Shure systems, unified communications platforms, and enterprise-level AV deployments. Certifications such as CTS, AVT, or Crestron DM are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair AV systems across multiple sites to ensure consistent operation.
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance on audiovisual hardware and conferencing technologies.
- Design, plan, and implement new conference rooms and collaboration spaces, including system layouts and integration.
- Install, configure, and integrate AV equipment, such as video conferencing systems, displays, audio systems, cameras, microphones, and control panels (Crestron, Extron, etc.).
- Conduct site surveys and gather requirements, documenting operational, functional, and technical needs.
- Support meetings and events, providing setup and technical assistance for both on-site and virtual sessions.
- Provide training and documentation for IT support staff and end-users to ensure proper system usage.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, test equipment, and review system designs.

Minimum 3 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining enterprise-level AV systems.
Hands-on experience with AV system design, installation, and configuration.
Technical knowledge of Crestron, Extron, Dante, Biamp, Polycom, Shure, and unified communications platforms.
Ability to work on-site, including nights and weekends, and lift 30+ pounds.
Valid driver's license required.
Certifications such as CTS, AVT, or Crestron DM are a plus.
