job summary:
The Global Front of Stores Solution Delivery Team is responsible for managing Point of Sale & Payment solutions within our IT Teams. The organization delivers capabilities to the stores that support in-store processes and to provide business value.

responsibilities:
- Deliver these capabilities within the various Global Front-of-Stores initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Product Management team and Business Stakeholders to enable strategic planning across value streams.
- Support Runway epic prioritization in collaboration with the Delivery team.
- Lead lean business case reviews with key Business Stakeholders, to understand business value and priority.
- Deliver well defined features of work for scrum team execution.
- Participation in quarterly PI planning and presentations.
- Support and collaborate with Product Management Managers with requirement gathering and prioritization across the Payments value stream.

Minimum Qualifications (Requirements)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent IT Delivery skillset / training / experience
- Ability to manage a complex portfolio in a dynamic environment
- Strong networking and influencing skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in distributed teams and develop multi-level relationships
- Ability to co-ordinate work with Product Management Manager, Engineers and Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- Proficient with common tools: Jira, Confluence, MS products (Excel, PowerPoint)
Qualifications (Preferences)
- Ability to define business case details, including quantifying business value, assessing feasibility, identifying risks and dependencies, and articulating how initiatives align with strategic goals
- Capability to think strategically and drive long-term vision
- Experience working as part of an Agile Release Train (ART), actively participating in ART and Scrum team ceremonies.
- Experience within the retail industry, particularly in Point of Sale and Payments and Payment Integrations
- Understanding of payment processing technologies
- Experience in coaching and developing talent
- Solid knowledge of business analysis, project management, and product management concepts.
- Understanding of how enterprise software products are developed and delivered in a complex organizational environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with both technical and business objectives
- Power BI
