- Project meetings, facilitation of program meetings, status reporting, problem solving, escalating risks/issues/decisions to leadership, executive report outs, Smartsheets and Planview oversight (Project Plan and RAID documentation)
- Performance Metrics:
Successful delivery of requirements on time or in advance of CMS compliance dates: (1) 1/1/26, (2) 3/1/26, (3) 1/1/27
Stakeholder satisfaction
- Unique:
Program Manager with end-to-end responsibility across a team of 3 PM's and the projects/workstreams they support.
