responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain sophisticated software solutions for internal business applications.
Contribute to the full development life cycle, including gathering requirements, documenting specifications, and preparing detailed test plans.
Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing for both new features and existing legacy production systems.
Code new programs and modify existing ones to meet new standards, ensuring high-quality assurance and bug resolution.
Actively participate in sprint standups and collaborate with team members to deliver assigned tasks against performance metrics.
qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in software development and large systems design.
Demonstrated proficiency with React, C#, Azure, and OpenAI or similar AI/ML technologies (minimum 2 years of experience in each is required).
Solid computer science foundation, including strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Proven ability to perform problem diagnosis and resolution in complex environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Must be based in the U.S. and able to work a hybrid schedule in Redmond, WA (Building 31), attending the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Must be available to collaborate during Pacific Standard Time (PST) core business hours.
