Randstad Digital is seeking a Content Curation Specialist to join a collaborative Learning & Development (L&D) team supporting compliance-based training initiatives. This role ensures that internal learning materials meet documentation and quality standards required for Continuing Professional (CP) credit eligibility.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys process-driven work that requires consistent communication, accuracy, and follow-up with internal stakeholders.

responsibilities:
Review and process course documentation for CP-eligible training programs.
Communicate with internal partners to gather materials, clarify requirements, and ensure all documentation meets established standards.
Manage multiple small projects and track deliverables and timelines.
Perform data entry, documentation review, and quality checks to ensure compliance.
Maintain records and reporting using tools such as Calculo, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Support process improvements and help streamline tracking or reporting activities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially through email and chat.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize effectively.
