job summary:
Act as key agile-team liaison across businesses units, other agile teams, and the program team. Contribute to the successful implementation of assigned features by optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered.

Requires working with Business Partners and application SMEs to identify and mitigate risk and execution of the delivery of end-to-end technology solutions.

Must be able to manage to timelines and communicate feature status within the team but also with leadership and business partners.

Coordinate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies for the team, provide visibility into team plans & progress, and enable continuous improvement within the team and organization.

responsibilities:
· This role is responsible for coaching their team(s) on the work management tools and adherence to the enterprise change standards.

· Work closely with analysts, developers and testers to ensure requirements and designs are translated accurately into working stories and test plans/scripts serve customer needs while meeting compliance with enterprise change policy.

 
qualifications:
- Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts

- Highly versed in various SDLC methodologies, including waterfall and agile software development lifecycle

- Analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application requirements

- Jira experience
