We are looking for a Change Management Consultant for a large energy client.
This role develops and executes the Change Management strategy for large initiatives, focusing on the human elements required for successful project completion and long-term benefit realization.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Design the overall Change Management strategy and create a detailed project plan to ensure high adoption, sustainment, and successful ROI.
Team Leadership & Management: Establish and lead the dedicated Change Management project team; develop and track all program plans, schedules, and performance metrics.
Execution & Reporting: Track the plan's execution, provide status updates to the Program Manager, PMO, and Sponsors, and identify/manage people-related risks and issues.
Assessment & Analysis: Conduct formal Change Management assessments, including Stakeholder, Readiness, and Impact analyses, and use the findings to inform strategy.
Adoption Enablement: Develop approaches to drive awareness, understanding, and ownership of the change throughout the project, ensuring a successful transfer of ownership at closeout.
Communication & Training Guidance: Develop the strategy that serves as the input for communication and training plans and provide expert guidance on their design and delivery.
Engagement & Feedback: Create and facilitate change networks (or similar methods) to share information, gather feedback, perform readiness checks, and support impacted employees.
Consulting & Coaching: Act as a consultant to influence project leadership and sponsors, and coach/mentor others on effective Change Management practices.
Requirements:
* A four-year degree from an accredited college or university, with emphasis in business, organizational development, or related field.
* A minimum of six years proven Organizational Change Management experience. Extensive knowledge of the tools, methodology and modules used in leading and managing change.
* Prosci or CCMP Certification
* Demonstrated successful completion of change management projects/ program from start to finish at an enterprise change level involving a complex change.
* Ability to apply change management processes and tools to create a strategy and roadmap for the organization and its customers that increases the overall awareness and ensures adoption of the changes required by projects/programs.
* Proven ability to quickly gain insight into business needs, unique cultures, historical experience with change, and area capacity to change.
* Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills at all levels of an organization.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with key leaders and influence at all levels of the organization.
* Proven ability to think creatively and design strategic solutions to complex changes while managing a project team, schedule, and desired outcomes.
