responsibilities:
The technical analyst will work closely with EOL Lead and Program to upload data into system by deadlines on a weekly basis. Assist CIO teams with execution of EOL software upgrades by submitting and tracking requests on their behalf
qualifications:
- Experience with tools such as NPT Central, EARC, JIRA, SharePoint, Tableau, knowledge sharing and documentation of requirements, and issue tracking
