Join the Business & Technology Integration team to play a key role in the successful implementation of the UKG Ready solution. You will apply your deep functional and configuration expertise to the Payroll module, ensuring all client requirements and U.S. compliance standards are met.

responsibilities:
Lead the configuration and deployment of the UKG Ready Payroll solution based on gathered client requirements.
Conduct data migration and validation, particularly for timekeeping data.
Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. payroll compliance and tax requirements during the build process.
Deliver training and support to end-users on payroll processes and system usage.
Work collaboratively with all project stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
qualifications:
1.5+ years of strong functional experience with UKG Ready, particularly with Payroll implementations (P5 - Master).
Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices.
Experience with General Ledger and Payroll History functionality.
