Join a Global Consulting Organization as a key Development Lead, focusing on designing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using PTC FlexPLM. You will operate as a Subject Matter Expert, guiding a team through the full product lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment. This is a highly technical, hands-on leadership role that requires deep expertise in FlexPLM system administration and complex enterprise integrations.

responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and architecture of innovative FlexPLM solutions for new implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Define the technical system landscape, integration points (e.g., ERP, CAD, PIM), and data flow across various enterprise systems.
Provide essential technical oversight and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
Manage FlexPLM system administration tasks, including rehosting, cloning, cluster environment setup, and system monitoring.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and stay current with emerging technologies.
qualifications:
Required Skills
Expert proficiency (7-10 years) in PTC FlexPLM.
Proven experience in FlexPLM infrastructure and system administration (e.g., upgrades, rehosting, cluster setup).
Extensive experience integrating FlexPLM with major enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CAD, PIM, DAM, etc.).
Experience in a software development leadership or architect role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Computer Science.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced proficiency in Java Spring.
Experience in the Retail or Apparel industry is highly desirable.
Advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance practices.
