Join a fast-paced team at a Leading Technology Company as a System Engineer focused on next-generation collaboration platforms. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-grade Windows and Android Teams device solutions, including Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, and Teams Panels. This role is critical for ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable services globally, requiring strong expertise in modern device management, automation via PowerShell, and proactive system health monitoring.

responsibilities:
- Architect, configure, and maintain Teams Devices infrastructure (Windows/Android) to meet security and business goals.
- Manage device provisioning and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell and Azure services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Teams Device endpoints, networking, and identity management.
- Lead projects related to device lifecycle management, Zero Trust, and Windows security hardening.
- Maintain comprehensive system configuration and troubleshooting documentation.
- Work onsite 2-3 days per week for hardware testing and lab access.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in systems engineering with extensive focus on Windows OS and Microsoft technologies.
Expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hub, and Android based Teams devices.
5+ years of experience with endpoint management, specifically Intune and Autopilot.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and modern device management.
Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
