We are seeking a skilled hardware products testing and validation engineer with a desired 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing and validating the performance, reliability, and functionality of our drone detection sensor hardware and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware/sensor testing and validation, with a preference for candidates who also possess experience in data analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for drone detection sensor hardware products and systems to validate functionality, performance, and reliability against vendor claims and specifications..
- Design and implement testing procedures and scripts to automate the testing process and improve efficiency.
- Analyze test results using data science and logical analytics techniques to derive insights, identify trends and patterns, and if possible suggest ways to optimize sensor performance.
- Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and hardware vendors to resolve identified performance gaps and issues..
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues and improve sensor design.
- Create and update detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and findings to ensure traceability and facilitate continuous improvement.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to the engineering team to optimize the performance and reliability of drone detection sensor hardware designs.
- Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in drone detection sensor technology, testing methodologies, and industry standards to incorporate best practices into testing processes and recommend improvements.
- Always be on the lookout for latest and greatest hardware and solutions to improve existing AirSight hardware and offered solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and external stakeholders regarding hardware testing and validation activities.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Desired 2 years of experience in hardware testing and validation, preferably in the field of RF sensors or drone detection systems.
Strong understanding of RF principles, signal processing techniques, and sensor hardware design.
Experience with scripting languages (e.g Python).
Experience with SQL and databases.
Familiarity with drone technology and operational characteristics. Bonus points for experience in operating drones.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality results on schedule in a fast-paced environment.
