responsibilities:
- What we're looking for 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that shows off your interface design chops
- Expert-level skills in Figma and demonstrable experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work with UI /Front end dev teams to support bringing designs to production
- A solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup
- A self-starter who's curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn
- Experience with or an interest in financial services, technology, and emerging tech-bonus points if you know your way around trading
- Great communication skills and a curiosity about storytelling through design
qualifications:
Comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and plugging information vacuums that exist between them
Practice foresight in understanding which stakeholders need to be connected to achieve product goals
Continually infuse the voice of users across program decisions
