The WebEx product manager is responsible for defining System Solutions in coordination with Cisco WebEx, internal technical/engineering teams, Sales, and end customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Definition
● Take ownership of the technical vision for enterprise voice and collaboration systems.
● Define comprehensive system solutions that integrate WebEx, VoIP, and related
network infrastructures.
● Analyze complex customer environments to propose scalable, robust architectures that
meet strict enterprise requirements.
2. Cross-Functional Leadership
● Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal Engineering teams, Sales
organizations, and end-customer stakeholders.
● Translate non-technical business requirements from the client into precise technical
specifications for developers and network engineers.
● Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring that Sales promises align with Engineering
capabilities.
3. Launch & Lifecycle Management
● Drive the full product lifecycle from initial scoping through to effective launch and go-live.
● Identify potential bottlenecks in the deployment process and proactively implement
solutions to keep projects on track.
● Ensure rigorous testing and validation protocols are met before final hand-off to the
client.
4. Implementation Oversight
● Oversee the hands-on technical implementation of WebEx products and integrations.
● Provide subject matter expertise during the deployment phase, troubleshooting high-
level integration issues as they arise.
● Ensure all deliverables meet the quality and security standards required by large-scale
enterprise environments.
qualifications:
Must have previous WebEx product management experience
Must be able to work in US without sponsorship
Must be able to work onsite 5 days/week in downtown Dallas.
Required Skills:
8+ years of professional technical experience
4+ years in technical product management
1+ years of WebEx requirement gathering, design, implementation, and/or technical support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Applicable certification and/or training
Previous experience working at an integrator specializing in WebEx and/or related solutions
