Seeking an experienced sourcing professional to lead complex contract negotiations and sourcing activities for large-scale outsourced managed services agreements. This role requires deep expertise in commercial structures, legal terms, and vendor management strategies

responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFP/RFI development, evaluation, and award
Negotiate high-value, complex contracts (hundreds of pages) with managed service providers
Collaborate with legal, finance, and executive stakeholders to align agreements with business priorities
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and audit requirements
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform sourcing decisions
Document sourcing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiative
Required Qualifications
5-7+ years of experience in:
Contract negotiation for large-scale outsourcing agreements
Strategic sourcing and vendor management
Strong understanding of legal concepts and commercial structures
Familiarity with outsourcing models in ADM and infrastructure spaces
Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word (including redlining)
Basic familiarity with ServiceNow or similar sourcing platforms
Preferred
Juris Doctor (JD) or legal background (helpful for contract negotiations, but not required)
Experience with contract lifecycle management tools
