responsibilities:
- Support senior BD managers in executing and managing partnership contracts and negotiation materials.
- Manage documentation and filing within SharePoint and internal contract systems.
- Support senior BD managers in executing and managing partnership contracts and negotiation materials.
- Manage operational workflows including supplier onboarding, filing agreements, and maintaining documentation in SharePoint.
- Utilize internal finance and procurement tools for supplier setup and payment requests.
- Maintain rights trackers for licensed content to monitor expiration dates and ensure renewal compliance.
- Triage and respond to external partnership proposals and support general team initiatives.
- Execute NDAs for new partnerships and identify opportunities for process optimization.
qualifications:
Project/Task Management: 5+ years of experience, specifically within gaming or entertainment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: 5+ years of experience working with internal and external cross-functional teams.
Process Management: 5+ years of experience with high attention to detail in complex workflows.
Industry Experience: 8+ total years of experience in business development or a related field.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience as a paralegal managing or negotiating legal contracts.
Experience working with Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals.
Knowledge of accounting and mathematical principles for revenue/expense analysis.
