Responsibilities
For this main project we are working to build a robust product roadmap & requirements for our AI enabled knowledge management site for our sales and service crew. Working with the business, IT, and UX to build a new modernized site.
Qualifications
Support long term product vision, strategy, and roadmap discussions.
Support product roadmap/ backlog prioritization of features.
Work with cross-functional teams (stakeholder management) aligned to the business goals.
Requirements gathering and documentation, help improve process flows, bridge communication gaps between business and tech stakeholders. support user acceptance testing.
Understand the use of Agile practices (Scrum or Kanban) support the review, analysis, and recommend delivery change based on FLOW metrics
A plus if they understand the use of conversational or agentic AI, knowledge of sales funnel and functions, and AEM (all or some)
