We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through compelling digital content. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of how UX principles and well-crafted content drive member engagement and satisfaction. Experience in the financial services or a related highly regulated industry is a plus. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, design, and engineering, is critical. The candidate should be adept at translating complex user needs into clear, actionable content and design recommendations, and comfortable communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders. A portfolio showcasing UX and digital content work for messaging or similar digital communications is highly desirable.
Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal. Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery. Defines and reports program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics. Identifies and monitors areas of risk. Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule. Builds and manages to budgets. Facilitates communication and coordination among projects. Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program.

responsibilities:
-Partner with the Senior Project Manager to lead the enhancement of the top 20 call-driving message templates, focusing on improving clarity, user experience, and call-to-action effectiveness through content and design. -Oversee the transformation of online document notifications, providing UX and content expertise to incorporate personalized and actionable content that drives member engagement. -Contribute to comprehensive member journey mappings by providing UX and content-focused analysis and recommendations for messaging touchpoints, identifying opportunities for template enhancement or obsolescence. -Collaborate with product teammates and content experts to inform and update digital messaging and document standards, with a strong emphasis on UX and content best practices. -Assist in measuring and reporting on key performance indicators related to UX and content effectiveness, such as message comprehension, user satisfaction with content, and the impact of personalized elements, in partnership with product teammates.
qualifications:
You would primarily utilize Figma and Box to develop and refine message templates, create user journey visualizations, and collaborate with designers and content strategists on proposed enhancements. A typical day would involve using Jira Workflow Management (JWM) to update task statuses, monitor progress on UX/content-related deliverables, and participate in daily stand-ups. You'd work with CMS team to manage content within templates and ensure approved copy is integrated correctly. While not explicitly listed as a requirement for this role, familiarity with analytics tools would be highly beneficial for analyzing user interaction with content and informing improvements.
