responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of experience in software development or quality engineering with strong automation focus.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience with Empirix Hammer or CallMaster for telecom/IVR testing (highly desired).
- Prior exposure to telecom, contact center, or IVR application testing.
- Experience with automation frameworks and libraries such as: Junit, Selenium / TestNG, Playwright, TestRunner frameworks
- Experience with API testing tools like Rest Assured or Karate.
- Hands-on experience testing distributed applications end-to-end.
- Familiarity with AWS services including VPC, S3, Lambda, SQS, and SNS.
- Experience in testing distributed applications across multiple layers of the tech stack.
- Partner with DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
- Create and maintain test data for complex testing scenarios.
- Analyze system requirements, architectures, and technical specifications for testability.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments and tools (e.g., JIRA).
qualifications:
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve processes and enhance product quality.
Conduct static code analysis using tools like SonarQube
