We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join a leading global consulting organization. In this role, you will design, build, and test innovative web-based applications while serving as a technical subject matter expert. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web solutions that enhance user functionality and experience.

responsibilities:
- Design, build, and test web-based applications and edit site content.
- Document technical designs and specifications.
- Research and incorporate updated content for websites.
- Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new features and enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends to ensure best practices.
qualifications:
Java Spring: Advanced proficiency (4-7 years experience).
Spring MVC (Model View Controller): Advanced proficiency (4-7 years experience).
Web Development: Experience in designing and building site components.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Industry-specific experience (Preferable but not required).
