job summary:
We are seeking a Senior Desktop Support professional to provide premium "white-glove" technical support to our executive team and branch offices. This is a 100% onsite role requiring local travel between locations in the Hamptons. You will be the face of IT, ensuring seamless technology operations for high-priority users in a dynamic, professional environment.

responsibilities:
Deliver high-touch technical support for Windows and Mac environments.

Troubleshoot hardware, networking, telecom, and mobile device issues.

Perform computer re-imaging, data migrations, and system restorations.

Manage and prioritize multiple technical requests independently.

Travel between local branch offices to provide onsite resolution.

 
qualifications:
5-10 years of professional IT support experience.

Expert-level troubleshooting skills in Windows, Mac, and Microsoft 365.

Proven experience supporting Executive/VIP clientele.

Strong physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs.

Valid driver's license for local travel between sites.
