We are seeking a senior-level SAP Security Lead to join a major digital transformation project. This role is critical in maintaining the security posture of an SAP S/4HANA environment. You will be responsible for leading a specialized team, managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) workflows, and ensuring the system meets all internal and external audit standards.

responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of offshore SAP security resources to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Design and maintain SAP security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), user provisioning, and authorization objects.
- Oversee SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions to manage enterprise risk.
- Address and remediate all audit findings related to SAP security promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Ensure alignment with audit and compliance standards throughout the SAP lifecycle.
qualifications:
3-5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Security and SAP GRC.
Strong expertise in role-based access control (RBAC) and user provisioning.
Proven experience leading or managing technical teams (onshore/offshore).
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder (ITAR requirements).
Must be local to Seattle and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
