responsibilities:
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with engineering, product, and design to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
- Drive program planning and execution across multiple teams and global geographies.
- Synthesize complex program status into clear, executive-level narratives and dashboards.
- Identify and mitigate risks while resolving cross-functional dependencies and issues.
- Champion agile methodologies and use data-driven metrics (Power BI/Azure DevOps) to guide decisions.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership.
Strong technical acumen involving Cloud, APIs, and Data Platforms.
Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps and Power BI.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Beaverton, OR, with flexibility for global time zones.
