We are seeking a Level 9 ServiceNow Developer to join our Communications, Media & Technology team. In this role, you will act as a technology subject matter expert, designing and configuring ServiceNow applications that streamline complex processes for global telecom providers.

responsibilities:
- Develop and configure ServiceNow applications (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI) based on architect designs.
- Build and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies within the platform.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external enterprise systems using Integration Hub, APIs, and web services.
- Conduct thorough system testing and validation to ensure performance and functionality.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance while monitoring for performance bottlenecks.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members to foster a collaborative environment.
qualifications:
6+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
Proven experience within the Telecom industry utilizing ServiceNow SOM or related modules.
Active ServiceNow Certification (CSA, CAD, or CIS).
Expertise in Flow Designer and ServiceNow integrations.
