We are seeking a Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level Microsoft 365 solutions. This role will focus on building and enhancing a SharePoint Online intranet, automating business processes using Power Automate, and migrating content from a legacy CMS to SharePoint Online.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with SharePoint Online administration, Power Platform development, workflow automation, and enterprise governance best practices. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Austin, TX.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions (Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Power BI) to automate business processes
- Convert legacy PDF forms to Microsoft Forms and integrate with Power Automate workflows
- Build and maintain automated approval workflows integrating Outlook and SharePoint
- Plan, design, and implement a SharePoint Online intranet and HUB site
- Migrate content from Drupal CMS to SharePoint Online
- Administer SharePoint Online (sites, permissions, lists, libraries, workflows)
- Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Platform issues
- Implement governance, security, and data integrity best practices
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Provide documentation, training, and technical guidance to users and team members
qualifications:
Qualifications
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration
5+ years of experience developing Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate
Strong experience building and managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments
Experience designing workflows, automation, lists, libraries, and permissions in SharePoint
Proficiency with HTML/CSS and SharePoint design tools
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
Microsoft SharePoint Online and/or Power Platform certifications
Experience with CMS migrations (e.g., Drupal to SharePoint)
Experience building enterprise intranet or HUB sites
