As a Senior Agile Delivery Lead, you will provide software product delivery servant leadership for teams creating our robust suite of cloud-native enterprise applications in the rapidly growing healthcare software industry. You will apply Lean-Agile principles to help drive teams with a focus on delivery excellence and continuous improvement. Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Agile Delivery Lead for one or more teams
- Ensure the effectiveness of all ceremonies (e.g., standups, backlog refinement, planning, demos/retrospectives) by actively guiding the team toward predictable delivery
- Proactively analyze, collect, and present key delivery, flow, and product metrics to stakeholders to drive transparency and data-informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous optimization and predictable delivery improvements through the identification and implementation of actionable, data-driven plans across the product engineering lifecycle.
- Serve as a mentor and coach on Lean-Agile theory, principles, and best practices
- Remove obstacles and roadblocks in order to maintain the development flow
- Own creation, management, and delivery of the end-to-end engineering plan for the product
- Maintain a safe environment, where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to express their constructive thoughts and feelings
qualifications:
Need to have skills:
- Bachelors degree
- 5-8 years of Agile Lean Coaching Principals for Development teams
- Advanced Knowledge of lean agile practices, metrics, and KPIs
- Advanced knowledge of Kanban or Scrumban processes
-Establishing best practices for transparent delivery progress and reporting, utilizing advanced functionality within tools such as JIRA, JIRA Align, and Confluence to visualize and manage product delivery flow.
- Openness to new ideas, mentor, coach and train others to learn new things
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and a collaborative spirit
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills to help drive solutions
Nice to have skills:
- Masters Degree
- Advanced Lean-Agile Certification
- Technical depth to understand technical patterns and practices that enable agility
- Ability to interface with, present to and communicate to senior leaders
- Rollout and mentoring of advanced concepts such as scaling Agile (e.g., SAFe) across teams and groups, including ability to teach others
