responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis - own and run sessions to elicit business requirements, translate business needs into clear, relevant system requirements
- Analysis - evaluating design of existing and in-development systems to assess their functionality, dependability and maintainability to meet business needs. Respond to regulatory changes and Technology modernization.
- Research - ability to query on prem and cloud databases and Navigate through Mainframe COBOL programs and .NET services to investigate business requirements and existing functionality.
- Documentation: Produce and/or maintain system feature/workflow design documentation of existing or new systems
- Generation of use cases based on inputs from business users
- Liaison/SME - Act as liaison between business and development team, E2E understanding of product and business capabilities with high level technical information
- Testing Support - supporting squads to review test cases and testing results to ensure meeting business requirements
qualifications:
8+ years of experience
Problem-solving - identifying issues, exploring solutions, identifying course of action
Communication - ability to articulate business problem/requirements in technology terms, verbal and written
Influencer - ability to collaborate and build consensus
Negotiator - ability to have hard conversations with stakeholders
