Join our Communications, Media & Technology (CM&T) team as a Business Analyst/Program Manager focused on Tax functionality. You will play a critical role in analyzing business models and designing the systems that integrate technology with future-state organizational goals.

responsibilities:
- Research, gather, and synthesize information to identify customer requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for business process analysis and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state business solutions.
- Manage team decisions and provide expert insights on business model optimization.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategy and execution for tax functionality.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple integrated teams.
qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Business Process Design.
Proven experience in Technical Program Management (TPM) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Seattle, WA.
Strong background in Requirements Analysis and Business Model Strategy.
