AI research and practical, real-world applications with an emphasize on building, deploying, and maintaining AI systems-particularly in generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and machine learning-rather than just researching algorithms.

Required Skills

5+ years in Data Analysis and/or Data Engineering

1+ years of experience working with Customer-centric data

2+ years in AI powered Data Engineering (automation using ChatGPT, OpenAI, GoogleAI voice & chat)

Desired skills - Experience working with Contact Center systems
