Senior Platform Engineer | Experience Telemetry Engineer
Client is building a next‑generation Digital Employee Experience (DEX) capability focused on preventing technology issues before they impact how work gets done. As a DEX Engineer, you will play a foundational role in engineering the telemetry and data architecture that enables early detection, correlation, and prevention of digital experience degradation across endpoints, networks, and SaaS applications.
This is a hands‑on engineering role responsible for integrating and configuring enterprise‑scale experience platforms (including SysTrack, Zscaler Digital Experience, and related telemetry sources), designing experience‑grade instrumentation, and ensuring signals are reliable, actionable, and aligned to real employee workflows.
You will apply reliability and observability principles to employee experience partnering with endpoint, network, service, and automation teams to move the organization from reactive support to predictive, experienced‐led operations.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working across domains, shaping how telemetry is used (not just collected), and building systems that quietly make work better at scale.
This is a hands‑on engineering role requiring scripting expertise (primarily in PowerShell), and the ability to manage operational and compliance requirements of platform ownership.
