Partner with the Client Delivery Portfolio Manager and Healthcare Program Managers to understand the goals and the work for each milestone
Define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects
Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions
Proactively identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design
Defines test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activities through test case set-up, data mining, data mocking, and test execution
Participate in validation and/or testing efforts to ensure results meet the client and/or product offering requirements
Collaborates on the development, execution, and transition of interim needs
Performs root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations
Performs data/client validations and remediations for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects
Crafts training and reference materials for participant services
Participates in Procedure Improvement Initiatives
Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associates
Performs Quality Assurance Validation checks on Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Project work

responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
- 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience required
- At least 5 years of direct experience within Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment
- 5-7 years of benefits administration, outsourcing administration (H&W) or similar experience
- Customer obsessed; demonstrates the ability to balance customer service and sound business judgment
qualifications:
Strong organizational, time management, facilitation, and prioritization skills
The ability to critically analyze complex business requirements/product issues
Proven understanding of Client's end-to-end business process life cycle, data process flows, and plan level provisions is desired
In-depth understanding of core product mechanics, record keeping systems and regulatory environment
Strong critical thinking skills
Strong technical skills and an ability to apply them in an analytical process
Demonstrates strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to develop, follow, and execute documented procedures
Experience in Agile preferred, but not required
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
