Ready to step into the future of delivery? We're looking for hands-on, safety-driven professionals to support cutting-edge drone operations in the field. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of innovative technology, this is not your typical 9-5.
Operating Hours: Potentially as early as 6 AM - as late as 10 PM, maximum 40 hours per week (max 12 hours per day)
Schedule: Dependent on site - either 8 hours/5 days per week or 12/12/12/4 model
Travel: May travel to another nest nearby (mileage reimbursed at $0.725 per mile)
Training Schedule
- Week 1 - Remote onboarding and training modules. You will be assigned learning modules online. You can complete these at your own pace, as quickly or as slowly as needed.
- Week 2 - In-person training onsite in Dallas, TX

responsibilities:
- Perform aircraft inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
- Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in Client UAS Maintenance Manual)
- Perform nest equipment inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
- Replace Wing provided nest equipment as required
- Participate in Crew Briefs
- Maintain communications with the client Pilot-in-Command
qualifications:
FAA Part 107 Certification (required)
Valid driver's license + active auto insurance
Ability to pass background check (BGV) and motor vehicle record (MVR)
This is a field-based, active role. You should be comfortable with:
Lifting/carrying up to 35 lbs
Moving equipment (up to 200 lbs via cart)
Being on your feet all day in outdoor conditions
Working in varying weather (23°F - 110°F, light rain, wind)
Maintaining strong situational awareness and focus
