We are looking for a Head of Product to own the product direction, user experience, and product-market fit path for MoTA.
This is a senior product role for someone who understands financial products, user trust, product execution, and the shift toward AI-native investing experiences. The ideal candidate has experience with trading, investing, brokerage, wealth management, or similar financial products, and can help MoTA become a trusted product for professional investors, fund managers, brokerages, and eventually family offices.
This role is closer to a full-stack product leader than a traditional PM. You will be expected to connect financial product judgment, AI product thinking, user experience, and business outcomes

responsibilities:
- Own MoTA's product direction, roadmap, and product-market fit path
- Define how MoTA serves professional investors, fund managers, brokerages, and family offices
- Translate trading and investment workflows into AI-native product experiences
- Define how AI Agents support strategy research, risk evaluation, decision workflows, and human approval
- Work with AI Product Owner, design, engineering, quant, and leadership to ship high-quality product iterations
- Build user trust through clear product design, risk transparency, and decision-support workflows
- Identify product gaps in trading, portfolio workflows, risk management, and user experience
- Drive product decisions based on user feedback, market understanding, and product usage
- Help evolve MoTA from Beta into a scalable commercial product
qualifications:
MUST BE FLUENT IN MANDARIN and ENGLISH
Experience building customer-facing fintech products, ideally in trading, investing, brokerage, wealth management, portfolio management, or financial decision-support systems
Strong product ownership in early-stage, 0→1, or high-ambiguity environments
Ability to define product direction, roadmap, user workflows, and success metrics
Strong understanding of financial product UX, trust, risk communication, and user decision-making
Ability to work deeply with engineering and understand technical tradeoffs
Strong execution judgment: able to distinguish what must ship now vs. what can wait
Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
