Ready to dive into the exciting new drone delivery world? Work directly with UAS technology and automated "Nest" infrastructure. Get your 10k steps in, work outdoors, and stay sharp with pre and post-flight inspections and crew briefs.
Start Date: July 8, 2026
Duration: Approximately 10 months with likely extension
Schedule: Operations run 7 days per week between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM
Expected Hours: Typically 5 shifts per week, approximately 8 hours per shift
Overtime: Eligible for 1.5x pay for hours worked over 40 in a week
Work Location: 100% onsite
Travel: May require travel between drone delivery sites ("Nests"). Mileage is reimbursed monthly at $0.725 per mile.
During the second week of employment, candidates must be able to travel to Dallas, TX for onsite training.

responsibilities:
Job Duties -
- Perform aircraft inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
- Perform routine aircraft standard practices (as defined in Client UAS Maintenance Manual)
- Perform nest equipment inspections (including pre-flight and post-flight inspections), daily start of day and end of day activities
- Replace Wing provided nest equipment as required
- Participate in Crew Briefs
- Maintain communications with the client Pilot-in-Command
Job Requirements -
- Lift from ground level and carry up to 35 lbs and carry multiple items at the same time
- Crouch down and pick up or place objects from/to the ground weighing up to twenty (20) pounds
- Push or pull a wheeled cart on level ground weighing up to two hundred (200) pounds
- Be on feet constantly walking (10k+ steps per day)
- Work outside in various weather conditions (light rain, wind, temperatures ranging from 23F to 110F)
- Maintain mental and visual alertness
Desired Skills & Experience -
Responsible for setting up and taking down delivery drones, performing safety checks, and ensuring smooth flight operations in compliance with FAA regulations and company protocols.

- FAA Part 107 Commercial Drone Pilot License
- Must have valid drivers license and current auto insurance
- Must pass BGV and MVR
- Lift from ground level and carry up to 35 lbs and carry multiple items at the same time
