job summary:
Key Responsibilities

High-Level Architecture: Lead the technical design and system architecture for a scalable digital asset and tokenization platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise security and competitive market standards.

Tokenization Pipeline Design: Design end-to-end workflows that securely convert traditional bank deposits into tokenized assets via smart contracts.

Infrastructure & Custody Management: Evaluate and architect secure hardware/software custody solutions. Provide technical blueprints for onboarding vendor solutions (e.g., hardware security modules, enterprise ledgers) and managing corporate digital asset deposits.

Rapid POC Development: Hands-on evaluation of tools and technologies to drive Proof of Concepts. Build fast, secure, and production-ready APIs to test architectural assumptions.

Vendor & Tool Evaluation: Continuously assess blockchain protocols, developer tools, and infrastructure frameworks (with a heavy focus on high-performance frameworks like FastAPI) to establish the permanent tech stack.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

Crypto-Native Architecture: Strong, hands-on experience designing and deploying applications utilizing blockchain technology, decentralized ledgers, and digital asset custody solutions.

Tokenization & Smart Contracts: Deep understanding of the lifecycle of digital assets, token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, or equivalent), and writing/architecting smart contracts.

API & Backend Expertise: Proven experience building high-performance backend systems, microservices, and RESTful APIs. Hands-on experience with FastAPI or similar asynchronous frameworks is highly preferred.

Hardware & Secure Setup: Conceptual or practical understanding of enterprise-grade security for digital assets, including how to configure, secure, and integrate vendor-purchased hardware solutions (HSMs/Ledgers).

Agile Innovation: Comfort working in a fluid, fast-paced environment where tools are being actively selected through active POC pipelines.

- Individual will be a part of Swift Development Team (CIO) working with CTO Production Support Partners and Project partners.

- SWIFT technologist is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that SWIFT provided software is installed, configured, and supported to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. Requires knowledge for different services provided by the SWIFT network.

 
qualifications:
- 5-10+ years in Technology industry

- 3-5 years hands-on experience in installing patches, maintaining, troubleshoot and testing SWIFT products: SWIFT Alliance Gateway, SWIFT Alliance Access, SWIFT Web Platform, SWIFT Net Link

- Able to demonstrate a knowledge of all SWIFT messaging formats.

- Demonstrated experience in SWIFT protocols.

- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills.

- Ability and desire to think creatively to deliver business results both independently and as part of a team.
