responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing customer support for critical Enterprise tools such as

Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager etc.

- Provide on-call support on a periodic basis and participate in troubleshooting session

with application teams.

- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative

technical solutions and strategies

- Continually defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client

relationships

 
qualifications:
Must Have Qualifications: 2+ years of General Cloud experience, Scripting, and HashiCorp

Vault.

- 2-5 years' experience in cloud SRE activities, such as capacity management, monitoring,

core services integrations for AWS.

- Hands-on and demonstrable experience with AWS management tools - AWS Config,

Cloudtrail, Cloudwatch, Systems Manager, CloudFormation.

- Experience with scripting tools to automate routine operation tasks.

- Experience in championing change and effectively managing project/program

implementation

- Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs

Preferred Skills

- Experience with scripting languages - javascript, perl, python, shell scripting

- General understanding of key IT components - LDAP, Networking, firewall, load

balancing, Federated Identity

- Exposure to varied operating systems - UNIX, Linux, Windows

- Articulates technical concepts using easily understandable business language
