Qualifications
Understand an IT incident ticket, what is broken, resolution, relation to other incidents and problems (ability to learn quickly and retain).
Ability to work with others to clean up data.
Communicate clearly. - Metrics experience: how to analyze data, find patterns, identify outliers, etc.
PowerBI and/or Tableau experience needed
ServiceNow experience nice to have
